CLIMASET s.r.l. offers BOSS for the supervision, monitoring and remote assistance of systems of any dimension (up to 300 devices).
BOSS is the new mobile ready local supervisor: the shell pages and the supervision part automatically adapt to navigation from a computer, tablet and smartphone.
The integrated wireless allows access to the supervision system from your device, even without the presence of other network infrastructures, right from the first start. The 17-inch touch screen for the BOSS is also available: it enhances the usability of the system for the user and increases the graphics performance of the system.
The BOSS incorporates all the functions of PlantVisorPRO with substantial innovations, and also introduces for the first time in the world of Carel supervisors the BACnet® and SNMP protocols, leaders in HVAC supervision applications. This allows the integration of third-party devices and the integration of bosses within BMS systems.
The boss is equipped with two RS-485 ports to connect to devices in the field, but it is possible to increase the number by using USB converters (for larger installations). The supervisor is also devoid of fans and moving parts, to improve the reliability of the system. The thermal dissipation of the BOSS is ensured by a sturdy external aluminum body and this allows the installation of boss in many technical environments and beyond.
BOSS has been developed with safety in mind: the HTTPS protocol guarantees the confidential transfer of data on the web. The part of webshell (area reserved for the installer for the basic configuration of installation on the site) is now accessible via the internet via HTTPS on a dedicated port. The operating system has also been customized to guarantee system reliability.
In BOSS, user interfaces can be graphically customized according to the type and mode of use of the information by the various users. The views adapt to all kind of devices (PC, tablet or smartphone) that you are using for browsing the BOSS supervisor.
Boss mini is the supervisor for medium and small-sized systems (up to 50 devices).
Boss mini takes all the advanced features of the boss: custom maps, smart troubleshooting tools and a wide range of add-ons.
Boss mini can be connected to a 17-inch touch screen, or you can use it using the integrated wireless that can be navigated from all mobile devices. The supervisor can also be reached from the outside, the HTTPS protocol guarantees the secure transfer of data.
With the boss-mini, from the first start up to routine activities, all information on the system is directly accessible from a smartphone or tablet through a customizable web user interface.
Boss-mini is equipped with two RS-485 ports to connect to devices in the field. The supervisor is also devoid of fans and moving parts, to improve the reliability of the system.
Boss micro is the compact supervisor suggested for small-sized systems.
Boss micro has the main features of BOSS and BOSS mini: smaller installations can thus have custom maps, smart troubleshooting tools and a range of add-ons.
The supervisor is available in the versions:
- with integrated wireless (to view the local supervisor with tablet/smartphone),
- with 4G antenna (to connect the boss micro to the internet with a SIM),
- with both features (integrated wireless + 4G antenna).
Like the boss and mini boss, this supervisor:
- can be reached from the outside (security with HTTPS) and is mobile ready,
- allows customization of the user interface,
- has two RS-485 ports to connect to devices in the field,
- has no fans and no moving parts.
boss one is a single board supervisor, it goes into the BMS card slot of the pCO board and offers all the main benefits of the boss range supervisors.
