CLIMASET s.r.l. offers solutions for managing low and normal temperature cold rooms. Our regulation supports cold rooms equipped with an autonomous refrigeration group or with an expansion or glycol centralized system.
Overview
The regolation for cold rooms is based on the pCO controller with the CLIMASET s.r.l. application, capable of managing the various temperatures, humidities, defrosts, alarms and timings of the system. The pCO controller is then interfaced with one or more pGDN terminals, or with a 7-inches pGDX touch screen for cold rooms.
The pCO may then be managed by a pCOWeb or with a boss range supervisor. The remote supervisor may then be done with the Plantgate, our solution available also with an handy app: for more details, please see the following sections.
Regulation features
Here are the strong points of our regulation for cold rooms:
- the management of cooling by using an autonomous compressor, a valve or solenoid cooling request or a solenoid,
- the management of heating by using eletrical heaters, an ON/OFF device or a modulating valve,
- the management of deumification using the cooling or the heating device, the management of humidification by using an ON/OFF humidifier,
- the managment of defrosts and possibility of having more than one evaporator.
Other functions of the CLIMASET s.r.l. cold room are the counting of working hours, the list of past alarms/events and the management of the cell light.
New: large installations
By using two pCO5+ controllers on a pLAN network, the cold room CLIMASET srl can manage large installations (up to ten evaporators).
Specifically, the pLAN newtwork is composed of a main controller and a secondary one, each capable of managing up to five evaporators (for a total of ten evaporators).
Sistem plus
The network management sincronizes these functionings between the various boards:
- T/H room probe selection: the regulation probe selection can be global (average between all probes) or indipendent zone by zone (average for single board).
- T/H regulation setpoint: unique setpoint, setted on the main controller.
- Defrosts: they are coordinated only and exclusively by the main board, evaporators managed by the secondary board work only as extension of the main controller. In this way, defrost is globally managed.
- ON/OFF: managed by the main board following the same conditions of the others ON/OFF (by digital input, supervision, etc.)
The user interface: 7-inches touch screen
It is now available the 7-inches pGDX touch screen display for cold rooms. Thanks to its inutitive and easy to use graphics, the pGDX is the perfect solution for service personell and anywhone who interact daily with the cold room.
With the pGDX touch screen you can visualize the status of the system and of the various devices (probes, evaporators, fans, etc.), but it is also possible to turn ON/OFF the regulation, setting the room illumination, do the alarms reset, change setpoints and time bands.
