The new CAREL pGDX touch display is the evolution of the pGD Touch: from aesthetics to performance, from simplicity of use to consistency with the past, everything in this display is designed to simplify the interaction with the user.
The 4.3 or 7-inches pGDX terminal may be mounted in various configurations depending on your the needs, such as on a frontal panel or placed on a wall. Furthermore, depending on the type of plant/machine, the pGDX could also be mounted vertically.
The terminal has an LED bar for notifications: at any time and without having to approach the display it is possible to view the status of the machine. Each color is associated to a state or alarm, up to a maximum of eight different notifications, with a maximum of eight colors.
Depending on the model, the 4.3 or 7-inches terminal can also be equipped with a temperature/humidity probe: collected data may then be shared to other pCO controllers or displayed on the display itself.
The pGDX touch display is equipped with Micro-USB ports on the front/back, depending on the model.
One pGDX terminal of this size can easly replace the pGDN, maintaining the same dimensions and connections. It is possible to use the new pGDX as if it were a normal pGDN, using the on-board semigraphic terminal emulator.
