CLIMASET s.r.l. offers standard regulation kits for rooftops and pool units.

With medium or large pCO5+ controllers you can manage units equipped with:

  • one or two refrigeration circuits, each with up to three compressors each,
  • one or two ON/OFF electrical resistances, or one modulating resistance,
  • an heat recovery device (cross flows, rotative, double battery),
  • summer/winter freecooling, in addition to freeheating,
  • humidity management, in addition to dehumidification for pool units.

The pCO5+ controllor size to be used (medium or large) depends on the desired features of the unit.

Other features for the rooftops and pool units regulation are:

  • user parameters such as temperature/humidity parameters and time bands,
  • management of minimum and maximum supply temperature,
  • alarms historicization, with logging and the possibility of doing an alarm reset,
  • full management of device timings,
  • support for CO2 air quality probe,
  • antifreeze function when the unit is switched OFF,
  • compressors lock when the external temperature is too low.

Rooftop and pool units regulation can be interfaced with local and BMS supervision systems, using industry-leading communication protocols (LonWorks, Bacnet, Modbus…).

The user interface: 7-inches touch screen

It is now available the 7-inches pGDX touch screen display for rooftops. Thanks to its intuitive and easy to use graphics, the pGDX is the perfect solution for service personell and anywhone who interact daily with the rooftop unit.

With the pGDX touch screen you can visualize the status of the system and of the various devices (probes, compressors, fans, etc.), but it is also possible to turn ON/OFF the regulation, setting the season mode, do the alarms reset, change setpoints and time bands.

Local supervision with boss

Supervisors from the boss range bring the local supervision to every type of system and help you to keep your system always under control, thanks to e-mails or IM app alarm messages, detailed reports and graphs.
