What Plantgate offers<\/h2>\n

With the Plantgate your system becomes a website <\/b>surfable with every browser<\/b> or reachable with our <\/b>handy APP<\/b><\/a>: you can see the devices of your system remotely, anywhere in the world, like you were at your home or in your office. The Plantgate graphics is intuitive, easy to use and works well also as remote professional assistance.<\/p>

Plantgate offers also the geolocation<\/b>: if you manage one or more system around the world, you can see and reach them through an interactive map with zoom, share it map by generating an external URL and understand intuitively which system is offline or not reachable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Connection modes<\/h2>

Connection between the system and Plantgate could be made in two different ways, with a classical connection or with and encrypted VPN connection.<\/p>

In both ways user can reach devices remotely<\/b>, directly on the Plantgate website<\/b> or by using the APP<\/b> for mobile devices.<\/p>

Classical connection (no VPN)<\/h3>

This modality is made by interfacing the supervisors and pCOWebs to the Plantgate server, passing through the customer router (equipped with a firewall).<\/p>

VPN connection<\/h3>

A new available modality is the VPN connection<\/strong>, an encrypted tunnel between the devices of your system and the Plantgate cloud, that does not require any configuration on customer router<\/span>.<\/p>

With the VPN connection you can overcome security limitations<\/strong> imposed by system management: you just have to connect your boss supervisor, or your pCOWeb with RUT100, to a cabled internet connection and they will interface with Plantgate servers.<\/p>

Furthermore, with the boss micro 4G and a simple commercial SIM (not provided), you can bring togheter the VPN connection potentials with the flexibility of the mobile network<\/strong>, without the need of having a cabled internet connection.<\/p>
