ColdWatch: trapped personnel alarm kit<\/h2>

\"ColdWatch<\/p>

EN 378-1 regulation mandates the installation of a system for reporting trapped personnel<\/strong> for\u00a0cold rooms<\/strong>\u00a0with a volume greater than 10 m\u00b3 and operating below 0 \u00b0C.<\/p>

ColdWatch is the cold room alarm kit for low temperature rooms. There are two parts to install: an external control unit<\/span> and an internal emergency button<\/span>.<\/p>

When the internal button is pressed, a trapped person will asks for help by activating a red blinking LED light<\/strong> and a powerful 100-decibel siren<\/strong>. ColdWatch also provides a configurable auxiliary relay<\/strong>, useful for activating a telephone dialer.<\/p>

Phase sequence controller (RSF)<\/h2>

The RSF modules control the correct presence and sequence of input phases<\/b> L1\/L2\/L3, in addition to measuring the voltage <\/b>of the three phases.<\/p>

Phase sequence controllers have an output relay, nergized only if the sequence is correct and if each individual phase falls within a range corresponding to \u00b1 10% of the rated voltage (depending on the model).<\/p>

These devices are compact and havemodular dimensions, for DIN rail mounting.<\/p>

Antifreeze thermostat<\/h2>

This antifreeze thermostat protects heat exchangers and electric heaters<\/b> in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, and check that the temperature does not fall below a critical value.<\/p>

These thermostat also offer self-protection in the event of a fault of the sensitive element.<\/p>

Air flow switch<\/h2>

The air flow switch monitors flows <\/b>on ducts, by activating a safety swich when flow levels are reduced or absent.<\/p>

The air flow switch was designed for air conditioning and air handling systems, for monitoring air or non aggressive gases<\/b>.<\/p>

Antiflooding system<\/h2>

The CAREL antiflooding system<\/a> is used to detect the presence of water in an environment.\u00a0<\/p>

This sensor is generally used for the protection against flooding<\/b> of critical infrastructures such as calculation centers, offices, laboratories, etc.<\/p>

The sensor activates itself when it delects water presence, switching a relay ON.<\/p>

Level sensor<\/h2>

The level sensor is a device that detects the amount of refrigerant <\/b>present in the exchanger<\/b>.<\/p>

A resistive value proportional to the measured level is supplied to the output. The output must be connected to a Carel electronic control set up for operation.<\/p>

The sensor is made of stainless steel, able to withstand extreme working conditions.<\/p>

Smoke and fire detector<\/h2>

Smoke and fire detectors detect sudden and dangerous temperature changes <\/b>or increased smoke<\/b>.<\/p>

These detectors self-calibrate and they not lose sensitivity, since they adapt to environmental conditions.<\/p>

Combined light and presence sensor<\/h2>

Sensors for ambient light detection and presence detection, for intelligent management of electrical loads and energy saving<\/b>.<\/p>
