Multicircuit condenser modulating regulation

CLIMASET srl offers the modulating condenser regulator for controlling the inverter of condensation fans, with a variable setpoint depending on external temperature value. A modulating system control allows for achieving greater efficiency and energy savings.

Multicircuit condenser modulating regulation - Save energy

Working logics

Case A:

Modulating condenser setpoint based on external temperature

The variable condenser setpoint control, based on the value of external temperature, keeps the condesation always on the optimal point, to achieve greater system efficiency and energy savings.

Condenser variable setpoint graph. On the X axis there is the external temperature value, on the Y axis the condensation setpoint. The external temperature has a minimum and a maximum value, event for the condensation setpoint there is a minimum and a maximum value. In the range of external temperature, between the minimum and the maximum value, there is a linear relation. Outside this interval, the condensation setpoint is equal to the minimum set (if the external temperature is less than the minimum) or equal to the maximum set (if the external temperature exceed the maximum value).

Case B:

Fan speed control with inverter

The modulating control allows for an optimal regulation of condensation fans speed.

Fan speed modulation graph, on the X axis there is the condenser pressure, on the Y axis there is the fan inverter speed. The greater the condenser pressure, the greater the fan speed (linear relation). Fan speed is between a minimum and a maximum value. Differential is equal to the difference between condenser pressure and calculated condenser setpoint.
