7″ pGDX touch screen for cold rooms

The pGDX for cold rooms is a 7-inches touch screen with an intuitive and easy to use graphics, suitable for the needs of service personell and anyone who interfaces daily with the cold room.

Touch screen overview

With the pGDX for cold rooms you can manage the whole system, such as:

  • Seeing the system status, the values of the probes and the devices status.
  • Turning ON/OFF the room regulation and the illumination of the room,
  • Visualizing and resetting alarms,
  • Changing setpoints and time bands,
  • Setting the other user parameters, such as limits, timings, etc.

Great attention has been paid to the main page: here is presented the temperature value and, if the probe is enabled, also the humidity of the cold room. Numerical values are big and visible from distance. Other informations presented here are the main system status (cold, heat, etc.) and the calculated setpoint values.

Lateral LED bar

The 7-inches pGDX is equipped with an handy lateral LED bar, which lights up with different colors:
 
  • Red (blinking): active alarms or pGDX not connected,
  • Green (fixed): pGDX connected, no active alarms, regulation ON, cooling and heating OFF,
  • Blue (fixed): pGDX connected, no active alarms, regulation ON, cooling ON,
  • Yellow (fixed): pGDX connected, no active alarms, regulation ON, heating ON.

Note: if the pGDX is connected, there are no active alarms but the regulation is OFF, then the lateral LED bar is switched OFF.

Terminal emulator

With the pGDX touch screen  there is no need to have one ore more pGDN semigraphic terminals: the pGDX for cold rooms is equipped with an handy terminal emulator that allows you to see all the pCO5+ masks and visualizations, like you were in front of the programmable controller.
